The small things are the big things
Wealth is about more than money.
Our philosophy: The small things are the big things, and life is meant to be lived.
What this means is we help people save, invest and prepare for their futures, but we believe they shouldn’t spend their whole lives waiting for tomorrow. They should be able to enjoy the fruits of their labor and live their lives while they can. Life is uncertain, big moments can pass by fast. When we talk about wealth management, we mean helping our clients celebrate the small things, take the trips, spend some resources to create opportunities for joy.
We all face financial demands. We believe having financial confidence means being able to address those demands while living life fully.
Why planning matters
How does one achieve financial balance? The name of our practice hints at the approach championed by our founder, Chad Andrews, who is himself a pilot.
Aviation demands intense technical skill, discipline and judgement. The pilot must know his or her machine, destination and conditions. There are pre-flight checklists, process manuals and precise radio jargon. Gravity is unyielding, so the pilot must be unyielding, too.
So, the pilot keeps a keen eye on risk, makes a flight plan and adjusts that plan if conditions change. All this effort, however, does not limit you, it enables you to pursue destinations that would otherwise be unimaginable.
To us, financial planning is the same. Planning, double-checking, experience and knowledge are important because those small disciplines help open vast possibilities.
